The estimated cost of construction is: $102,434.00 Alternate G-1 (Tennis Equipment): $9,600.00 A bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in accordance with Chapter 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid shall accompany each bid, or a certified check, cashierís check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall accompany each bid. The successful bidder(s) will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond for one hundred (100%) of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities and errors in bidding to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipts of bids. Bidders with questions as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents must submit a written request for interpretation and clarification to the Director of Operations, with a copy to the Design Professional, if any, not later than the 7 days before the scheduled bid opening. The Project consists of all labor, materials, and services necessary for the timely and proper completion of the Northmont Tennis Court Resurfacing Project, as described in the Bid Package provided to Bidders. The Project is located at 4810 National Road, Clayton, Ohio 45315. 2. The Project must be completed by July 26, 2024. WORK The Project consists of a single contract to perform the specified work. The successful Bidder must use the State of Ohio Subcontract Form for subcontracted work, if applicable.
