Interested vendors who would like to attend the site visit will need to complete and send over a completed Attachment 7, Entry Access List (EALs), for the individuals who will be attending. The signed amendment shall be submitted with your quote. *ORIGINAL* The Contractor shall develop a comprehensive industrial water treatment program, supplying all water treatment chemicals, testing apparatus, testing reagents, program start-up chemical control equipment, technical expertise, operator training, and monitoring program for all treated systems for the facilities listed in Appendix A . The Contractor shall provide all manpower, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide comprehensive industrial water treatment and technical services for all treated systems. Contractor shall supply a portable by-pass chemical feeding device for all systems when the absence of a pot-feeding chemical device exists.
