As of April 29, 2024 , this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. 1. Under this Contract, the Contractor shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and superintendence necessary for construction of the work as described in these Specifications and as shown on the Contract Drawings. The completed installation shall not lack any part which can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning nor any subsidiary item which is customarily furnished, and the Contractor shall deliver the installation to the OWNER in operating condition. 2. Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: a. Mobilization of all equipment, materials and personnel to site. b. Partial shutdown of WWTP, with one (1) clarifier remaining in operation, as approved by the engineer. c. Perform rehabilitation of one(1) clarifier at a time. d. Perform Rehabilitation of last remaining clarifier and return entire Waste Water Treatment Plant back to operation. e. Clean-up and restoration of site.
