Standing Offer for Double Walled Polyethylene Drainage Pipe (DWP) and Couplers - Joint Procurement with Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island This Request for Standing Offer (the "RSO") issued by the Province of Nova Scotia on behalf of the Department of Public Works ("PW") is an invitation to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Standing Offer for Supply and Delivery of Double Walled Polyethylene Drainage Pipe (DWP) and Couplers - Joint Procurement with NS and PEI, as further described in the RSO Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). For the purposes of this RSO, the word Province refers to either the Province of Nova Scotia (NS) or Prince Edward Island (PEI).
