Reference Number 0000344223 Location: Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) is located at 5505 Corporate Drive, Troy, MI 48098 in Oakland County. The Resource and Crisis Center, located at 1200 N. Telegraph Road, Building 32E, Pontiac, Michigan 48341. It is the intent of OCHN to secure a contract for professional grounds maintenance to include landscaping and snow plowing / deicing services at its Troy location as detailed in the RFP document. The successful Contractor shall be required to provide quality service within industry standards and minimal service call backs. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, vehicles, supervision, tools and materials necessary to provide lawn maintenance services, planting bed maintenance services, tree, shrub, brush maintenance services and snow/deicing services. Ground maintenance includes mowing, trimming, edging, spring clean-up, leaf removal, tree maintenance, mulching, and hard surface (parking areas/sidewalks) maintenance. Snow/deicing services include plowing, shoveling and salting. The standard for snow and ice services is blacktop clean with a 0% tolerance. Landscaping services shall be performed between April 1st and November 30th. Snow and deicing services shall be performed between October 1st and April 30th.
