INTRODUCTION Columbus Metropolitan Library ("CML" or "Library") is seeking an experienced public art consultant to assist in the process of managing CML's public art component of our expanded 2020 Vision Plan, Phase II building program and/or Phase III projects that begin prior to April 1, 2027. The consultant is expected to demonstrate significant relevant experience in planning and visioning of public art programs. All questions or requests for clarifications should be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m., seven (7) days prior to the proposals due date to procurement@columbuslibrary.org. All questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the the library's website. Contract Award The Library is not, by virtue of issuing this RFQ, obligated to enter into a Contract and reserves the right to not issue a Contract as a result of this solicitation. CML will create a prequalified list, and all contractors that respond will receive notification if they have been selected or not. The Columbus Metropolitan Library is seeking qualified Public Art Master Plan Consultant according to the requirements described in the project goals and other documents included with this Request For Quailfications (RFQ). The RFQ Identification Number is CML #24-005. This will be a three (3) year contract, beginning the date of execution of the Contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
