Renovation of a municipal facility in West Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The State reserves the right to modify these requirements, including limits, based on the nature of the risk, prior experience, insurer, coverage, or other special circumstances. During the term of the contract, the Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining, and maintaining in good standing, all licenses (including professional licenses, if any), permits, inspections and related fees for each or any such licenses, permits and /or inspections required by the State, county, city or other government entity or unit to accomplish the work specified in this solicitation and the contract Replace 15 HOD lights down the middle of the shed with 200-WATT LED PREMIUM ROUND HIGH BAY, 5,000k Cool White - 28,000 Lumens. Install (1) one, 15,000 Lumens - 100 Watt - 5000 Kelvin - UFO LED High Bay Sensor Ready Light Fixture in the middle of each side bay on the ceiling.15 lights per side, 30 lights total. Conduit must be installed over top of the existing ceiling and bent around all structural supports. Install approximately 960 feet of wiring for the 30 new UFO LED High Bay Sensor Ready Light Fixtures. The existing panel has 7 open breaker spots to accommodate the new LED lighting. The contractor must install the necessary breakers in the existing panel box to accommodate the new LED lighting.
