Davis Road Stormwater and Sanitary Sewer Extension PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of all labor and materials needed to construct a new storm sewer and sanitary sewer along Davis Road from KMS Promotions racetrack to Wabash Street. The project includes the installation of 2,280 feet of new sanitary sewer and 3,275 feet of 12 to 36 storm sewers and other miscellaneous construction. Each bid shall be submitted on a BOW Approved Bid Form, a copy which may be obtained at the Board of Works Office and a Financial Statement. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to the contract amount before commencing work. The BOW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in submitting a bid, whichever is in the best interest of the City of Kokomo.
