**As of April 26, 2024, This project has been awarded to MMC, Inc, with the awarded amount of $759,920.80.** The Village of Harrison acting through its Village Board, hereby gives notice that Bids will be received for the following described project. The work shall consist of widening and resurfacing of State Park Road, from Highway 10 to Schmidt Road. Work to include 5,000 cubic yards roadway excavation, placement of 8,000 tons of aggregate base, pulverizing 5,900 linear feet of existing asphalt pavement, fine grading and placement of 5,350 tons of new HMA pavement. Additional work to include installation of 375 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, miscellaneous base repair, 12,000 linear feet of ditching, 26,000 square yards of lawn restoration, culvert replacements and pavement markings. All Bidders shall accordance with and upon Bid in the Bid Forms included electronically. On-line bid submission is being used for this project for a non-refundable $55.00. No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Village of Harrison in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15- days after the Notice of Award. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the Village of Harrison. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER.
