Reference Number 0000344255 SCOPE: The primary work to be performed under this contract includes full depth asphalt roadway construction, curb, and gutter reconstruction of the existing Coffman Street roadway from South of 2nd Ave to 9th Ave and the construction of raised, separated bike lanes, widened sidewalks, local and bus rapid transit bus stops, bus only traffic lanes, and landscaping. Construction includes full-depth asphalt roadway reconstruction, traffic signal installation, clearing and grubbing, grading, concrete flatwork, erosion control, signage, storm water piping, inlets and manholes, water service and hydrant construction, seeding and irrigation. All work occurs within an active downtown area with numerous businesses of various types, residential properties, and governmental properties. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.
