The City of Inglewood (City) seeks an experienced and qualified firm (Respondent) to provide professional engineering and design services of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural plans for two (2) new condensers and one (1) chilled water pump with all components included. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Project Type RFP (Request for Proposal) Response Types Cost File ,Response File Type of Award Lump Sum Contract Terms: Two (2) years only as defined in the Citys General Provisions Questions from Respondents due March 13, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. Answers to questions posted on March 14, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. The City reserves the right to waive informalities in any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, to reject one part of a proposal and accept the other, except to the extent that proposals are qualified by specific limitations, and to make awards to the Respondent whose proposal is most beneficial to the needs of the City The City reserves the right to waive any irregularity within any proposal and to take proposals
