Demolition and renovation of a medical facility in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a 24,850-square-foot medical facility; and for the demolition of a medical facility.
Upgrades and repairs to Hospital Centre animal facility. The scope of the project includes partial demolition work and complete redevelopment and modernization of the animal laboratory sector located on floor D of block 7. This redevelopment includes, among other things, the replacement of certain equipment, including the cage washer and sterilizer and construction of a new mechanical room. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Project implementation will be phased. Tender for the demolition contractor is anticipated in summer 2025. Further update at that time.
