NPP only. construction services for the BGIS Delivered - CGC GRL Winnipeg Workplace Footprint Phase 1 at 303 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB. Project Description: On floors 13,14, 15 and 16, optimize space in selected Dry Labs, create a permanent workpoint for all Laboratory employees outside of the Labs /Dry Labs, add a kitchenette on each floor, and update the primary individual enclosed offices and reference rooms with paint, flooring and ergonomic furniture for all workpoints (furniture to be procured by CGC).
