Renovation of a mixed-use development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work on the project shall be contracted by March 22, 2024, commenced on site on March 25, 2024, or at such date thereafter as may be required by conditions or as directed by the Director of Facilities and Maintenance Services, and shall be completed by: June 21, 2024. BID GUARANTY TO ACCOMPANY BID: MPS Bid Band, Certified or Cashier's Check: 10% of Contractor's Base Bid. Question Deadline 03/06/2024 at 12:00 PM CT All questions should be submitted in writing to DFMSProcurement@milwaukee.k12.wi.us No questions may be answered after that date and time.
