As of May 16, 2024 project was awarded to Asphalt Surface Technologies Corporation (ASTECH Corp.), with a Base Bid bid amount of $1,299,048.45, an Alternate 1 bid amount of $205,626.60, and an Alternate 2 bid amount of $95,996.40, resulting in a grand total bid amount of $1,600,671.45. Approximate quantities include: 22,900 S Y Mill Bituminous Pavement (Full Depth) 25,100 S Y Mill Bituminous Pavement (2") 2,800 L F Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 2,600 S F Remove and Replace 6" Concrete Sidewalk 800 C Y Excavation - Common 800 C Y Excavation - Subgrade 5,500 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,B) 2,600 TON Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (2,B) 123 EACH Adjust Frame and Ring Casting 33 EACH Adjust Frame and Ring Casting (Special) 13 EACH Reconstruct or Repair Manhole Structures The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of North St. Paul shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
