Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Joliet, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
City/County - Will Resurfacing of Western Avenue. Work includes storm structure adjustments, the removal and replacement of concrete median surfaces, curbs, sidewalks, and sidewalk ramps for ADA improvements in some locations. Milling and resurfacing of hot-mix asphalt pavement. Recessed reflective pavement markers and other items necessary to complete the project. Project Location: Western Avenue (C.H. 53) from Norfolk Avenue to Crete-Monee Road. Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the Department of Transportation. Prequalification forms may be secured from the Engineer of Construction, Administration Building, 2300 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL 62764. ILDOT - Resurfacing of Western Avenue Proposed Improvement This project consists of resurfacing CH 53 (Western Ave.) from CH 21 (CrW^/lon^Rd.) north to Norfolk Road. Additional work includes: inlets repair; curbs & gutters repair; sidewalks reoaWa^d medians repair, and pipe culvert remove and replace.
