Renovation of a museum in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The Owner may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities or reject any and all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Bid opening will be public and all contracts will be with the owner. The information for Bidders, Bidding Requirements, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined. Notice this project is constructed before 1978 and is subject section 401 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) all General Contractors, Sub-Contractors and their firms are to be certified as a "Certified Renovator" by completing an EPA or authorized state approved training course conducted by an EPA or State-accredited training provider. Evidence must be submitted with the bid showing this certification for the bid to be accepted and read.
