The information for Bidders, Bidding Requirements, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined. Notice this project is constructed before 1978 and is subject section 401 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) all General Contractors, Sub-Contractors and their firms are to be certified as a "Certified Renovator" by completing an EPA or authorized state approved training course conducted by an EPA or State-accredited training provider. Evidence must be submitted with the bid showing this certification for the bid to be accepted and read.
