Renovation of a municipal facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 60,000-square-foot, five-story above grade municipal facility.

This project involves an interior renovation of all five floors and roof as well as a complete exterior façade removal and replacement at 217 N. Harvey Ave, OKC, OK 73102. The interior will include select demolition of interior finishes and replacement with new construction, infrastructure, MEP, and new steel stair as well as new internal structural steel bracing to support the exterior façade renovation. The exterior will consist of complete removal of existing façade masonry and glass and replacement with new and salvaged masonry, new roof replacement, curtainwall, and new steel entry points. This job is under the Davis Bacon Act and will adhere to the prevailing wage rate published 10/03/2024. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and wave irregularities. For bids in excess of $50,000, a cashier check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of sixty (60) days after submission This scope of work consists of, but not limited to the following trades: Site and Selective Demo; Interior and Exterior Demolition; Earthwork and Grading; Landscaping; Fences and Gates; Concrete; Masonry; Structural and Mise Steel; Millwork; Countertops; Roofing and Flashing; Applied Fireproofing; Doors, Frames, and Hardware material and installation; Glass and Glazing; Curtainwall; Scaffolding; Framing, Blocking, Ceilings, Sheetrock; Flooring and Tile, Wall Tile; Painting; Signage; Toilet partitions, accessories furnish and installation; Appliances; Roller Shades; Wheelchair Lift; Plumbing; Mechanical; Fire Sprinkler; Fire Alarm; Electrical and Lighting. Bid date notes: Bids submitted after the closing time will not be accepted. Bids will only be accepted that are delivered to Lingo Construction prior to bid time. Bids submitted electronically, e-mail, or facsimile will not be considered and returned unopened to the trade partner. Reference Number 0000344456 The OK County Public Buildings Authority owns/operates an approximately 52,000 sq ft building at the downtown Oklahoma County Courthouse Campus. The building needs a new exterior and a re-modeled interior throughout. Owner seeks a Construction Manager at Risk Services (CMAR) for this project. Project Respondents to this RFQ will be expected to interface with and provide support to the Owner and the Owner's Representative and the Project Architect. The CMAR will also be required to coordinate with an elevator vendor. The Construction Budget Limitation is up to but not to exceed: Nine million Seven Hundred Thousand dollars ($9,700,000), to include both interior and exterior work.
