Reference Number 0000344456 The OK County Public Buildings Authority owns/operates an approximately 52,000 sq ft building at the downtown Oklahoma County Courthouse Campus. The building needs a new exterior and a re-modeled interior throughout. Owner seeks a Construction Manager at Risk Services (CMAR) for this project. Project Respondents to this RFQ will be expected to interface with and provide support to the Owner and the Owner's Representative and the Project Architect. The CMAR will also be required to coordinate with an elevator vendor. The Construction Budget Limitation is up to but not to exceed: Nine million Seven Hundred Thousand dollars ($9,700,000), to include both interior and exterior work.
