Engineering Firm to Provide Engineering Services Utilizing Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contract for a New Pump Station and Sewer Force Main to Facilitate Existing Sewer Flow From the North D'iberville Area Along the Lamey Bridge Road and Highway 15 Corridors and to Incorporate Anticipated Future Growth Within These Areas The Project Will Utilize Mississippi Municipality & County Water Infrastructure (Mcwi) Grant Funding. Scope of Work: Shall Include but Not Be Limited to: Surveying, Geotechnical Investigation, Property Acquisition, Engineering Design, Project Management, Permitting, Bidding, Along With Construction Engineering and Inspection. The Project Shall Consist of a New Pump Station to Facilitate Existing Sewer Flow From the North D'iberville Area Along the Lamey Bridge Rd. And Hwy 15 Sewer Corridors and to Incorporate Anticipated Future Growth Within These Areas. Additionally, the Project Will Consist of a New Sewer Force Main Designed to Meet These Future Sewer Flows Along Hwy 15, Scruggs Ln. To the Waste Water Treatment Plant Off of Reece Bergeron Rd. The Project Completion Date is September 30, 2026. The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality, the United States, or Any of Its Departments, Agencies or Employees is Not and Will Not Be a Party to This Solicitation or Any Resulting Contract. Subrecipient Along With Any Sub-grantee, Contractor, Sub-contractor, Successor, Transferee, and Assignee Shall Comply With Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Which Prohibits Recipients of Federal Financial Assistance From Excluding From a Program or Activity, Denying Benefits of, or Otherwise Discriminating Against a Person on the Basis of Race, Color, or National Origin (42 U.s.c. 2000d Et Seq.), as Implemented by the Department of the Treasury's Title Vi Regulations, 31 Cfr Part 22, Which Are Herein Incorporated by Reference and Made Part of This Agreement. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Replies and To Waive Any Irregularities or Informalities in the Proposal Process as Allowed by State and Federal Laws or Choose That Statement Which is Deemed in the Best Interest of the City of D'iberville. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
