Work must conform to NCDOT Standard Specifications - Section 657. Completion of work: Within 60 days of issuance of purchase order Contact for Questions: Gilbert Acevedo Phone Number: 252-939-3314 ALL VENDORS PERFORMING CONSTRUCTION FOR THE CITY OF KINSTON MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: - Maintain valid liability insurance. - Be licensed or certified for the work being performed as applicable. - Complete a Vendor Application Package before submitting bid. - Provide their own traffic control; street closures must be called in to 252-939-3282 - The City of Kinston needs 1 week advance notice to make affected residence and Schools aware of closures.
