Removal of existing Vinyl Tile Floor Finish, 1/4 rounds along perimeter and mastic adhesive in all Bedrooms and Common Rooms. 2. Supply and installation of all new Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) and all new 1/4 round trim throughout the common rooms and bedrooms. 3. Description of Work: Provide and install all modular resilient LVT flooring as required by contract documents and these specifications in Student Bedrooms and Common Rooms at 3 Floor levels in the Upper Burwash Housing. 4. Comply with General Requirements, if any are issued by the Owner and Section 00 20 00 - Room Finish Schedule. 5. Section 06100 - Carpentry for new plywood sub-floor and quarter round wood trim at wall base. LVT to be installed on new purpose made plywood underlayment.
