As of April 4, 2024, Pulte is the general contractor on this project. They are accepting sub bids. This project includes the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the installation of the concrete and sidewalk, and the necessary City of Surprise requirements for final acceptance Visara - Phase 1 Offsite (163rd Ave) Concrete & Paving (the Project) Includes the Removal of Approximately 9,744 Sy of Existing Asphalt, and the Installation Of Approximately 2,632 Lf of 6-in Vertical Curb, 16,451 Sf of 6-ft Concrete Sidewalk, and 20,186 Sy of 5-in Ac on 9-in Abc Pavement as Shown on the Construction Plans, as Noted in the Bid Schedule, and as Noted in the Bid Specifications. a certified check, cashiers check or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid included in the proposal as a guarantee that the contractor will enter into a contract to perform the project in accordance with the plans and specifications.
