The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified vendors to supply swimming pool maintenance, accessories and repair parts to multiple aquatic facilities. To be supplied on an as needed basis for a five-year period, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained within the IFB. The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for swimming pool maintenance supplies, accessories and repair parts for a five-year contract commencing on or about June 1, 2024, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the "Effective Date" which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. The City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department (PRD) manages 29 Aquatic Facilities with 45 separate bodies of water located throughout the City of Phoenix. Some pools and splash pads have multiple bodies of water which range in size from 12,000 gallons to 750,000 gallons of water. City staff requires miscellaneous commercial grade swimming pool parts, splash pad parts and equipment to perform maintenance activities on various systems including, but not limited to, filtration systems, pumps, impellers, motors, chemical injection systems, plumbing and other infrastructure. If required by law for the operation of the business or work related to this Offer, Offeror must possess all valid certifications and/or licenses as required by federal, state or local laws at the time of submittal. The City will post a preliminary offer tabulation on the City's website, online within five business days of the offer opening. The City will post the information on the preliminary tabulation as it was read during the offer opening. The City makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of any information on the preliminary tabulation.
