Further, if the Bidder is not classified by the DPMC as C047 - Electrical, the Bidder shall be required to retain a subcontractor that is DPMC classified C047 - Electrical, which subcontractor shall be named in the bid and all required documents for the subcontractor shall be provided within the time required by the bid documents and/or by law. : Bids shall be submitted on the provide proposal forms and be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check of bid bond draw to the order of the "Mount Olive Board of Education" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid, but in no case in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00). Bid securities shall comply with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-24. Bids shall include a Consent of Surety obligating the issuing surety company, without condition, to provide the bidder and its subcontractors, if successful, with a New Jersey Statutory Performance and Payment Bond for public works projects in the full amount of the contract. Bidders are advised that the Project will be funded in part through a Section 15 Grant from the State of New Jersey Schools Development Authority ("SDA"). A copy of the grant agreement is available for inspection, if requested. Further, all provisions in the grant agreement applicable to the successful bidder/contractor/contracted parties shall be incorporated into the bid specifications and owner/contractor agreement. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening date. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any informality in the bidding, as permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.50 et seq., Bidders and their subcontractors are required to be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor.
