Kirk Elementary School Sitework and Portable Improvement, to improve owner furnished 24'x 40' portable classroom building, 12' x 40' portable restroom, all work related to site and utilities infrastructure, and fencing improvements. DISTRICT hereby notifies all bidders that they will affirmatively ensure that in any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, creed, sex or national origin in consideration for award. The DVBE goal for the project is as follows: three percent (3%) of the dollar amount of the Contract. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids made payable to Fresno Unified.
