The work includes: 1. Site preparation to include disconnecting all utilities (electric, gas and sanitary) from the structure and removal of all landscaping, trees and shrubbery to only what is required to perform the work. 2. The contractor will supply all labor and materials to properly prepare the building for a structural lift. Work includes any bracing, cutting and sitework needed to physically lift the structure. 3. Upon completion of the structural lift, the foundation will be removed, and a new foundation will be constructed adjacent to the removed foundation as per the project drawings. Demolition will include the raised patio, crawlspace area well, and wood platform as outlined on the project drawings. 4. Upon completion of the new foundation, the contractor will prepare the site for the existing building. This includes, but not limited to, foundation strapping, new supports and related framing, as well as code compliant items as shown on the project drawings. 5. The existing building will be set down upon the new foundation. New platform and steps will be constructed, all connections to the utilities and a connection to the new I/A system will be completed. 6. The site will be placed back in the original condition at the completion of the project.
