As of April 2, 2024, the owner plans to reject all bids and re-bid again in the future. Maintenance of HVAC Systems and Installation of CO2 Monitors and HVAC Filters Contractor shall possess at the time of its bid, the following classification(s) of Contractors California State license(s): B, C20, C-36, or C-38.
