Renovation of a medical facility in Quebec, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The scope of the work consists of bringing the research laboratories of Pavilion E8 (East sector) up to standard, covering all disciplines associated with a building. Without being limited to this, the work will include bringing the building up to seismic standards, the complete replacement of services and electromechanical components of the laboratories as well as the redevelopment and renovation of these spaces, in connection with future research activities, distributed on two levels, E008 and E08. TIMELINE: Request for proposals for mechanical and electrical engineering services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance is closed. Reference number: 1817760. Proposals have been deposited and are under review. Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 30.The mandate will take place in two distinct stages: Step No. 1: development of a PFT, a Uniformat budget estimate and a preliminary work schedule prefiguring step No. 2; Step No. 2: plans and specifications and services during construction resulting from step No. Further update in late spring/summer, 2024.
