Proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria: Qualifications (40 points), Experience (40 points), and Capacity for Performance (20 points). To be properly evaluated, proposals must address in detail the following: - Qualifications - List of qualifications of all persons assigned to the project. - Experience - Information regarding the firm's experience and projects previously undertaken, including the type and amount of grants awarded, the project activities and the statues of the projects. - Capacity for Performance - Identify the number and title of staff assigned to perform services. Yalobusha Water and Sewer District will designate a selection committee to evaluate each proposal. The selection committee may hold the proposal for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days for the purpose of reviewing, investigating, and evaluating each proposal fr the desired qualifications. Yalobusha Water and Sewer District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals.
