Reference Number 0000265523 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/12 12:00:00 AM EDT This RFQ is issued subject to the attached terms and conditions, schedule of prices, Scope of Work, instructions, addenda, special project, general and supplemental requirements (per the information supplied). ABILITY AND EXPERIENCE OF BIDDERS The TPS reserves the right to reject any Bid unless the Bidder is known to be skilled and regularly engaged in Work of a character similar to that covered by the Scope of Work. Bidder must be able to provide additional documentation, if requested, demonstrating experience. In order to aid the TPS in reviewing submissions, it may be necessary for each Bidder to supply the TPS with additional information that may include (but not be limited to): 1. a list of qualified personnel 2. a list of equipment to be used 3. evidence of appropriate licenses 4. evidence of insurance 5. references 6. evidence of certifications: The TPS reserves the right to reject a Bid submitted by a Bidder who has defaulted on or failed to satisfactorily complete other similar Work in the past. The term of this contract is for a 1 (one) year period commencing upon award of the Contract. TPS reserves the right to renew the contract for an additional four 1-year period. The renewal is contingent upon continued need, budget approval, acceptable performance, and TPS approval if applicable. Pricing shall be firm for the initial 1 (one) year period.
