Renovation of a mixed-use development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The Vendor shall supply and deliver one (1) 500-gallon gas-fired water heater that meets or exceeds PVI Model 2500 L 500A-TP (see attached Spec sheet) water heater located at the FDC Honolulu, Federal Bureau of Prison. The water heater must fit on a concrete pad (5 1/2 feet wide x 10 feet 6 inch's length x 7 feet height). In addition to the concrete pad, all parts of the heater must fit through a door opening of (6 feet wide x 8 feet height). This is a supply purchase only to include shipping and delivery, as the labor will be provided by Bureau of Prisons (BOP) staff. This solicitation will be Total Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) 423720 Plumbing and Heating Equipment and Supplies (Hydronics) Merchant Wholesalers. The Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center, Honolulu, Hawaii is soliciting quotations for the purchase, delivery, and initial training of a 500-gallon Gas-fired Water Heater. This solicitation will be Total Small Business Set-Aside, FOB Destination. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance.
