Site work for a water / sewer project in Lebanon, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing and installing approximately 4,250 LF of 8 DR-21, Cl 200 PVC water line, 970 LF of 6 DR-21, Cl 200 PVC water line, valves, fittings, and related works as described on the Bid Proposal and/or shown on Plans. A 5% Bid Bond is required per the Instructions to Bidders. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Information on the bid envelope shall be shown as required by the Contrac- tors Licensing Act including Contractors License Number, License Expiration Date and that part of Classification applying to the bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Owner. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Owner as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
