The existing kitchen has two raised concrete curbs with power receptacles. The scope of work for this project is to remove the concrete curbs to allow for equipment location flexibility, relocate the power from the curbs to overhead, and add a floor drain. Two alternate scope items will also be considered - a domestic water line extension and an additional power receptacle in the cafeteria. S. Christa McAuliffe STEM Academy is located at 600 51st Ave in Greeley, CO. The school underwent an extensive renovation and addition in 2021. The kitchen and cafeteria were part of the renovation scope, but the removal of the concrete curbs was excluded.
