For a completed project to provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation and permits, to Furnish and Install (4) HVAC Systems for the City of Margate. Project Locations are: (1) Human Resources, City Hall, (2) Community Center, Katz Building, (3) UPS Room, City Hall, and (4) Information Technology Department, City Hall. Removal and disposal of one 10 ton Carrier air handler Model #40RUAA12A2A6A0A0A0 and condenser Model #38AUZA0B6A0A0A0. 2. Install one 10 ton Carrier air handler Model #40RFAA12A2A6-UA0A0A, 460/3/60, 14.8 IEER. 3. Install one 10 ton Carrier condenser Model #38AUZM12A0B6-0A0A0, 460/3/60. 4. Install one 10" round motorized outside air damper to existing metal duct. 5. Install one 15 KW electric heat, 460/3/60. 6. Install one Drain pan float switch. 7. Install one digital programmable thermostat. 8. Reconnect to existing supply duct. 9. Reconnect to existing refrigerant copper lines. 10.Reconnect to existing high and low voltage electrical wiring. 11.Secure new condenser to existing aluminum stand. 12.Provide permit application and fees to the City for approval. 13.Provide signed and seal structural engineering drawings for the condenser tie down. 14.Provide crane services and rigging. 15.Provide all necessary labor to complete the above scope of work. 16.Pressure test, evacuate and fully charge system with refrigerant R410A. 17.Start up and monitor unit for proper operation. UNIT #2 = LOCATION: COMMUNITY CENTER, KATZ BLDG., 6199 NW 10TH STREET, MARGATE, FL 33063. 1. Removal and disposal of one 7.5 ton Carrier condenser unit Model #38AUZA08A0K5-A0A0A0. 2. Install one 7.5 ton Carrier condenser unit Model #38AUZD08A0B5-0A0A0, 208/230/3. 3. New Condenser Unit to be install with existing Make - Carrier, Model #40RUAA16A2A6-A0A0A, Serial #081815685 Air Handler. Awarded Contractor will need to provide documentation showing the existing Air Handler (A/H) is compatible with the new Condensing Unit (C/U). 4. Install one 1/2 " liquid line drier. 5. Reconnect to existing refrigerant lines. 6. Reconnect to existing high and low voltage electrical wiring. 7. Secure new condenser to existing concrete pad. 8. Pressure test with dry nitrogen, evacuate and fully charge system with R410A. 9. Provide permit application and fees to the City for approval. 10.Provide signed and seal structural engineering drawings for the condenser until tie down. 11.Provide crane services and rigging. 12.Provide all necessary labor to complete the above scope of work. 13.Start up and monitor unit operation. UNIT #3 = LOCATION: CITY HALL, UPS ROOM, 5790 MARGATE BLVD., MARGATE, FL 33063. 1. Removal and disposal of one 2.5 ton Rheem condenser Model #RAMA030-JAZ and one air handler Model #REAB-17J10SUEA1. 2. Install one 2.5 ton Carrier condenser Model #24SCA530W003, 208/230/1/60, 15.0 SEER2 and one Carrier air handler Model #FJ4DNXB30L00. 3. Install one secondary drain pan for the vertical air handler unit. 4. Install two float switches, one for the air handler and one for the secondary drain pan. 5. Reconnect to existing supply duct plenum. 6. Reconnect to existing refrigerant copper lines. 7. Reconnect to existing high and low voltage wiring. 8. Secure new condenser to existing concrete pad. 9. Replace one digital programmable thermostat. 10.Provide permit application and fees to the City for approval. 11.Provide signed and sealed structural drawings for the unit tie down. 12.Provide all necessary labor to complete the above scope of work. 13.Pressure test system, evacuate and fully charge with refrigerant R410A. 14.Start up and monitor the unit for proper operation. UNIT #4 = LOCATION: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPT., CITY HALL, 5790 MARGATE BLVD., MARGATE, FL 33063. 1. Removal and disposal of one 3 ton Mitsubishi ductless unit, air handler Model #MSY-D36NA and condenser Model #MUY-D36NA. 2. Install one 3 ton Mitsubishi wall mount air handler unit Model #MSYGS36NA2 and condenser Model # MUY-D36NA2, 208/230/1, 18.5 SEER2. 3. Install one air handler drain pan float switch. 4. Reconnect to existing refrigerant copper lines. 5. Secure new condenser to existing concrete pad. 6. Provide permit application and fees to the City for approval. 7. Provide signed and seal structural engineering drawings for the condenser tie down. 8. Provide all necessary labor to complete the above scope of work. 9. Pressure test, evacuate and fully charge system with refrigerant R410A. 10.Start up and monitor the unit for proper operation.
