For any information, the bidder must communicate, in writing only, with the head of the supply section of the City of L'Assomption, by email at the address appeldoffres@ville.lassomption.qc.ca , and this, at least seven ( 7) days before bid opening to allow a project manager to respond to all requests before bid opening. Any requests received after this deadline may not be considered. The City of L'Assomption does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, nor to incur any costs whatsoever, nor any obligation of any kind towards the bidder( s) .
