Renovation of a water / sewer project in Muscatine, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Muscatine Water Resource and Recovery Facility (WRRF) is seeking a contractor to complete HVAC projects at 10 Lift Stations. Those submitting a bid are asked to estimate the cost of each project , the total package price for doing all of the projects, and provide an estimate of the delivery date of the equipment as preference may be given to equipment ship dates. The projects should be done as soon as the equipment arrives and completed as priority over other work. The order of the stations will be determined by when equipment is available but there is no set order to doing the work. All sites must be secured daily. Some stations or specific items may be removed from the list for budgeting purposes.
