The Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) seeks qualifications submission for professional services on behalf of the towns comprising the South County Senior Center whose fiscal representative is the Town of Deerfield (Awarding Authority). The selected firm shall have demonstrated previous experience providing the specified services. Applicants must be registered architectural firms/individuals in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Andrea Woods of FRCOG via email to awoods@frcog.org per the attached bid schedule. Furthermore, it reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive informalities and award contracts if it deems doing so is in the best interest of the Awarding Authority.
