Vendor shall bid a daily rate to troubleshoot, replace or repair sports field lighting components at two (2) park locations, at a height of approximately 110 feet. Repair and replacement to include but not limited to: light bulbs, ballasts, circuits and fuses. Vendor is responsible for Testing up to twenty (20) Musco sports light poles to verify that all light bulbs are in working order. If a light bulb is found to be NOT working, it is the vendor's responsibility to troubleshoot, replace or repair the issue so that all lights are in working order. Notifying City staff within 24 hours if there is a need for replacement parts; The City of Pasadena will provide all replacement components. Vendor shall be responsible for properly installing components to the manufactures specifications. Ensuring all light repairs or replacements are in working order and shall be verified by City staff at the time of repair/replacement. Disposing of any and all waste generated by the work performed including but not limited to nonfunctional bulbs, ballasts & wire. Vendor shall adjust working bulbs to meet photometric standards determined by the City as shown on the Photometric Diagram attached. City staff will perform a Photometric study in coordination with the vendor to confirm that the areas identified as substandard are adjusted to meet the measurements specified in the photometric study. The City of Pasadena is seeking a vendor to troubleshoot, replace or repair sports field lighting components at two (2) park locations. To be considered, a bidder must follow the format for bids in the specifications. Bids must be binding and firm. Any bid may be withdrawn before bid opening but not for 120 days after opening. The Contractor's performance bond shall remain in effect for a period of two (2) years after the date of acceptance of the work to cover the Contractor's warranties and guarantees as set forth above. The warranty period for each work order begins on the day when the retention is approved to be released.
