Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.

Parks and community Services Department has identified the need to seal coat and strip parking lots at six sites: North Bellevue Community Center, Killarney Glen Park, Phantom Lake Park, Highland Community Center, Goldsmith Neighborhood Park, Newport Shores Boat Launch. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning the parking lot surface, crack filling, sealcoating (emulsified asphalt sealant application) the surface, layout and spray of marking, installation of thermoplastic ADA stencils, arrows, and crosswalks. Work to be performed during spring and/or summer of 2024 dates to be determined. For Projects Estimated Between $35,001-$350,000 Project Manager Estimate:$300,000.00 The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No Bid may be withdrawn until sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening thereof. Work under this contract shall begin with Notice to Proceed from the City. Work shall be completed by 12/31/2024 This project does not have a scheduled pre-bid site-meeting. Contractor shall not begin work until Project Manager gives them a Notice to Proceed. Working hours shall be limited to comply with Bellevue City Code: Chap. 9.18 - Noise Control, construction and related activities shall be limited to between the hours of 7:30 am and 3:30 pm . Other time restrictions may apply to in-street activities during peak hours. Variations will be considered on a case by case basis and must be approved by the Project Manager Performance bond, Payment bond and retainage are required on this project.
