Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Auburn, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The major items of work include reconstruction of R Street SE from 33rd Street SE to 37th Way SE including site preparation and demolition, constructing new pavement surfacing, sidewalks, multi-use pathways, curb and gutter, stormwater conveyance, water main, franchise utility coordination, private property restoration, planter strips, landscaping restoration, illumination, RRFB foundations, permanent signing and striping, traffic control and staging, and other work all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, and the Standard Specifications . The entire project, including cleanup, shall be physically completed within 125 working days. Project is funded by City of Auburn Capital Improvement Funds. No DBE goals are required for this project. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or proposal bond (surety bond) in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such Contract and furnish satisfactory Contract Bond within the time stated in the Bid Documents, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Auburn.
