The Pasadena Fire Department (PFD) is seeking a vendor to provide a 10' BeaverFit Performance Locker, which is a standard shipping container custom-fabricated to include anchored training rigs and secure storage, and can serve as a multi-modality training center for up to 60 people. The successful Bidder will be responsible for furnishing, delivering, and setup of the necessary items to meet the intent of the contract. The deadline to submit questions related to this solicitation is Thursday, March 14, 2024, prior to 5:00 pm. The City reserves the right to reject all bids, waive any irregularity in any of the bids, or cancel or delay the project at any time; a “public works project” is defined as “the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.” This definition is not as broad as in the Prevailing Wage Law Bidders must possess and provide the following licenses or certifications to be deemed qualified to perform the work specified: TBD The quantities contained in the bid documents are approximate only and are for the sole purpose of comparing bids.
