The Building will be a wood framed structure with metal siding; interior finishes shall be sealed concrete, sealed gypsum board, paint, exterior steel doors, and interior wood doors, split HVAC systems, PTAC Units, electrical & plumbing. Site work includes new walks, new canopy, and paving and related work. The Work shall be constructed under a single prime contract.
