Description: Renovation to existing spaces at the high school including replacement of portions of the mechanical and electrical systems, partial re-roof, new ceilings, and a new secured entrance. There are also additional alternates to be included with each prime contractor's bid. Renovations to existing High School, including Selective Demolition, HVAC, Electrical, Ceilings, Roofing, and Secure Entry Modifications. Nodaway Valley High School 410 NW Second Greenfield, IA 50849 substantially completed on or before August 31, 2024 ; The Work shall be finally completed by, and ready for final payment, on or before September 30, 2024 Pre-Bid: A pre-bid walk-through will be held on March 12th, 2024 at 2:00pm at the project location. Walk will begin at the east exterior of the building. Attendance is encouraged but not required.
