The Walton County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed proposals to furnish and install a complete stand-alone Hanwha Wisent Wave security surveillance system located at Felker Park, 725 S. Madison Avenue, Monroe, Ga Should the total cost of the proposal be $100,000 or more, a Payment and Performance Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. All proposals of $100,000 or more must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Funds in the amount of 5% of the proposal price. Walton County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to make award based on the highest and best interest of Walton County. Inquiries regarding the proposal should be submitted in writing to Rhonda Hawk, Purchasing Director at rhawk@co.walton.ga.us. Deadline for questions,Noon on March 21st. Furnish and install Hanwha Wisenet Wave NVR in Felker Community Center IDF. o Furnish and install Hanwha cameras/various models per drawing. o Furnish and install Professional camera licenses as necessary. o Furnish and install network switch in Main Concession "AP to IDF" on map, for cameras mounting to existing poles and utilize existing conduit. o Walton County to provide 120VAC at the base of pole locations as needed. o Walton County requires 30 days of continuous recording on all images.
