Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Fairview, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Contractor will need to remove approximately 20,000 feet of wood bleachers / stand seating and replace them with approximately 20,000 feet of 1-foot-wide aluminum bench plank. Some maintenance and repair will need to be done on rusting/aging areas of the metal bleacher / stand framing. Painting of this metal frame would also be preferred if possible within the budget of Fairview City. It is expected for construction to begin around April-May of 2024.
