Reference Number 0000265624 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/08 12:00:00 PM CST Winter Sand (Screened) (Epp) The Aggregate for Winter Sand Shall Be in Accordance With the Specifications for Aggregate for Wintersand, the Gradation Shall Be as Follows: Passing 9.5 Mm Sieve 100% Passing 4.75 Mm Sieve 80-95% Passing 2 Mm Sieve 50-75% Passing 425 Um Sieve 0-30% Passing 75 Um Sieve 0-10% The Contractor Shall Clear the Site of All Debris, Vegetation, Rocks, Snow and Other Objectionable Material Prior to Placing Any Aggregate on the Stockpile Site. Stockpiling Shall Be Performed Using a Loader, or Another Suitable Approved Equipment. Stockpiles Are to Be Shaped and Completed With a Uniform Height, and Squared Sides and Edges to Ensure Accurate Survey Measurement. Stockpile Preparation and Shaping Shall Be Included in the Unit Bid Price for Aggregate Including All Work Necessary or Incidental Thereto. Attached Hereto: Diagram of Location: Manitoba Infrastructure Map Completion Date and Liquidated Damages Work Shall Be Completed Free of Liquidated Damages on or Before March 31, 2024. Liquidated Damages, After This Specified Time Limit, Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Non-performance The Normal Penalty for Non-performance Will Be Removal From the Bidders List for Two (2) Years. Reinstatement After Two (2) Years Will Be on Approval of the Department.
