Vendors must register to download the RFQ documents. All addenda, etc. can only be downloaded at the above site. It is the Respondent's responsibility to check the site for the issuance of any addenda. Questions to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing and Contracting Division only at mkruzelock@sanmarcostx.gov. Please reference the solicitation number when corresponding. This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") identifies the City's minimum requirements. The successful Respondent will prepare an update to the adopted 2021 Master Plan for the City. The updates will center on updating the facility requirements, alternatives, and Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) chapters of the existing Master Plan based on aircraft fleet mix changes. Items of specific interest to the Airport include, but are not limited to: 1. Facility requirements: Analyze the capacity needs for an expanded fuel farm assuming larger aircraft operating at the airport. This will include benchmarking other airport locations serving larger aircraft. Furthermore review/inspect the existing electrical vault for the airfield and develop recommendations for future electrical improvements. 2. Alternatives: Analyze potential locations for a terminal building complex at the Airport. Potential locations will be based on the information found in the 2021 Master Plan. This includes but not limited to environmental considerations, roadway access, and available land parcels. Additionally, review roadway alternatives with alignments of how existing and future roadway infrastructure will connect to the preferred terminal location. This task may also include a traffic evaluation. Evaluate locations for the fuel farm and electric vault.
