Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Cuyahoga Falls is proposing to construct the Mud Brook Trail Phase II from Bath Road to People Care Park Drive. Cuyahoga Falls must prepare project construction documents for said construction. Cuyahoga Falls requests proposals to prepare preliminary and final design construction documents and all document preparation associated therewith. The basic scope of services shall include providing tools, materials and labor to perform the following work: It is anticipated the trail will generally follow the preliminary alignment previously designed (See Exhibit I) and will include centerline and rightof-way survey, field location survey, new typical trail section, and storm sewers as required. It is anticipated that the typical trail sections will match the trail section constructed for Mud Brook Trail Phase I (See Exhibit II). Wetland Delineation Report for the Mud Brook/Mill Pond is also available for review (Exhibit III). The work shall be in two (2) phases. Preliminary drawings, meetings with City personnel for comments and estimate of probable cost.
